For the named periods: a file from your accounting system or access through an integration. We also verify since when the obligation really applies.

We handle each overdue month separately: CN classification, conversions and filing with PUESC under the power of attorney — arrivals, dispatches or both, in a single fee for the month.

We close the matter with the authority
We prepare the reply to the demand citing the reference numbers of the filed declarations.
Fast does not mean careless
Declarations filed in a rush are the most common source of wrong CN codes and missed corrections. A flawed filing does not close the case, it only postpones it to the next demand.

How much does catching up cost?
Each overdue month is charged at the plan rate matching that month's invoice count — the same as a current month, from PLN 349 net. One fee per month, whether we file arrivals, dispatches or both. We give an exact quote before any work starts.
Will I be fined after the demand letter?
A penalty can only be imposed after three ineffective reminders. Complete declarations filed within the letter's deadline as a rule close the matter without a fine.
How fast can you file the overdue declarations?
Once we have the full invoice set and the signed power of attorney, usually within a few business days, depending on the number of periods.
What happens after the catch-up?
Current periods move onto a subscription, so the backlog does not come back. Plans start at PLN 349 net monthly.
