What we take over
The entire monthly process, from invoice data to the official filing confirmation.
Complete invoice data
We pull invoices through an integration with your system or from a monthly file. We watch completeness, corrections included.
CN classification
Every product gets the right eight-digit CN code. The mapping is done once, then works automatically.
Conversion and aggregation
We convert currencies at the applicable NBP rates and aggregate the lines the way the declaration requires.
Corrections and returns
Correction invoices are settled in the right period with the right sign, before they become a problem.
Filing in PUESC
We file under a power of attorney before the 10th-of-the-month deadline. You receive the confirmation.
Responsibility
We answer for the proper and timely performance of the service under the cooperation agreement. Official demands and corrections are handled within the subscription.
How much does INTRASTAT handling cost?
A flat subscription from PLN 349 net monthly, up to 70% cheaper than per-invoice billing at a customs agency. Agencies and bureaus typically charge PLN 5–10 per invoice, so the cost grows linearly with your sales. The full plan pricing is below on this page.

How much does INTRASTAT handling cost?
The subscription depends on your EU invoice volume: from PLN 349 net monthly up to 50 invoices, PLN 699 up to 250 and PLN 1,199 up to 500. The full pricing is above on this page.
Do I need a PUESC account?
No. We file in PUESC under a power of attorney and the technical side happens on ours. What remains on your side is signing the power of attorney in the panel.
How do I hand over invoice data?
Through a connection to your invoicing software (Fakturownia, wFirma, iFirma, inFakt, BaseLinker) or a monthly file from your ERP, for example from Subiekt GT or from WAPRO Mag.
Who answers for declaration errors?
We answer for improper performance of the service, on the terms and within the limits set out in the cooperation agreement accepted in the panel. The client answers for the accuracy of the source data from their systems.
How do I know whether I have an INTRASTAT obligation?
The obligation arises once you cross the statistical thresholds announced yearly by GUS; for 2026 that is PLN 6,000,000 for arrivals and PLN 2,800,000 for dispatches. If you are not sure, we check it with you when you create an account.
