The demo account is free and shows the panel on sample data, with no commitment and no card. The declaration service itself is a subscription from PLN 349 net monthly: at that price our team prepares and files the declarations, not you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to install anything?
No. intrafakt.pl runs in the browser. There is no file to download, no version to update and no hardware requirements.
How is this different from desktop software?
Desktop software helps you fill in a declaration that you still file yourself, at your own risk. At intrafakt.pl preparation, verification and filing are on our team's side.
Do I file the declarations myself?
No, we file them under a power of attorney. You watch the statuses and confirmations in the panel.
Which systems do you pull data from?
Fakturownia, wFirma, iFirma, inFakt and BaseLinker via API. On-premise systems such as Subiekt GT/nexo or WAPRO Mag are handled through a monthly file export.
Do I have to file INTRASTAT at all?
Only once you cross the statistical thresholds: for 2026, PLN 6,000,000 for arrivals and PLN 2,800,000 for dispatches. Below the threshold nothing is filed; above it, monthly declarations apply.
